Vanilla Coconut Milkshake
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/3 cup cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez
- 11 ounces premium vanilla ice cream (about 1 3/4 packed cups)
- Toasted dried shredded sweetened coconut, for garnish (optional)
- Combine the milk and cream of coconut in a blender and blend for 5 seconds.
- Add the ice cream and blend until smooth, about 10 seconds.
- Serve immediately, garnished with toasted coconut, if desired.
- Add 1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple and 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) dark rum or coconut rum when you blend together the milk and cream of coconut.
