No Cook Lemon Coconut Squares

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Crush the biscuits finely.
  3. Mix all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  4. Add more condenced milk if necessary.
  5. Press into a brownie tin (15x20cm), greased.
  6. Chill until set.
  7. Cover with lemon icing.
  8. Place the icing sugar, lemon juice and butter in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  9. Top slice with extra coconut.
  10. Slice.
  11. Keep in the fridge.
  12. Keeps for upto 4 days.
