Chickpea and Tomato Salad - Detox

  1. Put chili, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, water and black pepper in a jar and shake.
  2. Taste and add more lemon juice or oil if wanted.
  3. Add the tomatoes, onion, and basil to the chickpeas (which are drained and rinsed) and mix gently.
  4. Pour over dressing and mix again.
  5. Serve and arrange on Romaine.
