Greek Cocktail Meatballs (Keftethes)

  1. Combine all ingredients -- you will have to mix this with your hands.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour, or overnight.
  4. Heat equal amounts of olive oil and butter.
  5. Flour and brown until dark golden brown.
