Blackberry Apple Parfait (Motts) Recipe
- 1 pkt Sugar-free gelatin Blackberry flavor, (4-serving size)
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 1 c. Apple Sauce, *see note
- 1 c. Fresh Blackberries Or possibly frzn Blackberries, thawed
- 2 c. Plain or possibly Blackberry yogurt Fresh Blackberries, if you like
- In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in bowling water; stir in apple sauce till well blended.
- Stir in Blackberries.
- Pour into parfait glasses.
- Chill till hard.
- To serve, alternately spoon layers of gelatin and yogurt into parfait glasses or possibly dessert dishes.
- Garnish with yogurt and fresh Blackberries.
- Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or possibly Chunky Apple Sauce.
- Use any glass with a stem or possibly a clear tumbler to serve this colorful, low calorie parfait.
- Top with yogurt and fresh Blackberries.
