Deli Bean & Potato Salad Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced potatoes
- 1/2 pt. marinated 3 bean salad (1 c.)
- 4 c. torn Romaine
- 1 sm. red onion, sliced & separated into rings
- 1 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Assembling time: 10 min.
- Drain potatoes, cut up any large slices.
- Drain 3 bean salad, reserving marinade.
- In bowl combine potatoes, salad and the torn Romaine and onion.
- Combine dillweed, paprika, mustard and reserved marinade.
- Toss with salad.
- If you like, serve in a Romaine-lined salad bowl.
- Serves 6.
