Easy If-Ya-Aint-Got-a-Smoker BBQ Pork

  1. Season the pork butt with salt, pepper, and the smoked paprika, and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
  3. Place the pork butt in a small Dutch oven.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce, apple juice, vinegar, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and soy sauce over the meat.
  5. Cover the pot with a secure lid, and put it in the oven.
  6. Cook until the pork is extremely tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
  7. Remove the pot from the oven, and let the pork cool slightly before shredding.
  8. Shred the meat in the Dutch oven, using two forks, so the meat can absorb more of the flavors of the cooking liquid.
  9. Let cool.
