Greek Styled Bruschetta

  1. Measure 1/2 cup Diana Marinade.
  2. Stir half with the red onion, cucumber, and tomatoes, and 1/2 cup feta cheese.
  3. Slice baguette in half lengthwise.
  4. Brush with remaining marinade.
  5. Grill on medium-high for 1-2 minutes per side or until well marked and toasted.
  6. Slice on the diagonal into portions and top with feta mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sliced black olives.
