Ms Cool

• 45 ml tequila
• 20 ml Frangelico
• 15 ml pear puree
• 15 ml lemon juice, fresh
• champagne, to top
• ice

1. Shake and strain all ingredients, except champagne, into an ice-filled highball glass.
2. Top with champagne and garnish with skewered blueberries.
