White Sauce Butter Balls Recipe
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd white pepper
- 2 c. butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 c. flour
- Line baking sheet with wax paper.
- Sift dry ingredients together; use mixer to cream in the butter.
- Drop by heaping Tbsp.
- on baking sheet.
- Store in Tupperware container in freezer.
- TO MAKE SAUCE: Combine 1 c. lowfat milk with butter balls and cook, stirring constantly.
- Thin = 1 ball.
- Medium = 2 balls.
- Thick = 3 balls.
