White Sauce Butter Balls Recipe

  1. Line baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together; use mixer to cream in the butter.
  3. Drop by heaping Tbsp.
  4. on baking sheet.
  5. Store in Tupperware container in freezer.
  6. TO MAKE SAUCE: Combine 1 c. lowfat milk with butter balls and cook, stirring constantly.
  7. Thin = 1 ball.
  8. Medium = 2 balls.
  9. Thick = 3 balls.
