Eggplant Parmesan

  1. Slice the eggplant and layer in a 8x8 pan.
  2. Pour Pasta Sauce over the eggplant and top with cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese with bacon and then cover the dish with foil.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes to 1 hours.
