Eggplant Parmesan

• 1 large eggplant
• 1 (8 ounce) package Italian cheese blend
• 1 (6 ounce) package fat free feta cheese
• 4 cups three-cheese pasta sauce
• 8 tablespoons bacon bits

1. Slice the eggplant and layer in a 8x8 pan.
2. Pour Pasta Sauce over the eggplant and top with cheese.
3. Sprinkle the cheese with bacon and then cover the dish with foil.
4. Bake for 35 minutes to 1 hours.
