Pumpkin Cake
- 2 cups plain flour (DIXIE LILLY)
- 2 cups sugar (DIXIE LILLY)
- 2 cups pumpkin (1CAN LIBBY'S)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 14 cups Wesson Oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
- 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
- confectioners' sugar (PURE CANE ONLY 10x)
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
- 1 cup pecans
- Mix all the cake ingredients together put in a well greased and floured cake pan.
- bake at 300f for 1 hour.
- your icing you could mix while the cake is baking and set aside till you need it after the cake is cooled.
