Pumpkin Cake

• 2 cups plain flour (DIXIE LILLY)
• 2 cups sugar (DIXIE LILLY)
• 2 cups pumpkin (1CAN LIBBY'S)
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 14 cups Wesson Oil
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
• 1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
• confectioners' sugar (PURE CANE ONLY 10x)
• 2 teaspoons butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
• 1 cup pecans

1. Mix all the cake ingredients together put in a well greased and floured cake pan.
2. bake at 300f for 1 hour.
3. your icing you could mix while the cake is baking and set aside till you need it after the cake is cooled.
