Ice Cream Lollipops with Nuts & Chocolate
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate, divided
- 1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
- Cover baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Scoop ice cream into 16 small balls, using about 1 Tbsp.
- for each; place on prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze 2 hours, inserting wooden pop stick into center of each after 1 hour.
- Melt 1 pkg.
- chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min., stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Drizzle chocolate over 8 ice cream balls, then dip bottom half of each in remaining melted chocolate to completely cover ball.
- Immediately dip in nuts.
- Return to baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining chocolate, ice cream balls and nuts.
- Freeze 1 hour or until chocolate is firm.
