Grilled Asian Chicken

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken.
  2. Place in a bowl.
  3. Whisk soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili, sesame oil and rice vinegar together in a bowl.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Cover chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Preheat grill to medium- high heat.
  7. Cook chicken on the grill for 25 30 minutes depending on the size of the chicken legs.
  8. Chicken is done when it is punctured and juices run clear.
  9. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot.
