Chicken Fajita Remix Pasta

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and begin cooking pasta.
  2. Heat oil in skillet.
  3. Cut the chicken in chunks and lightly brown with 1/2 pk of fajita seasoning, salt and pepper.
  4. Cut onion and pepper in strips (or diced) and cook with chicken.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine Alfredo sauce, the remainding fajita season, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper (use whisk to break up fajita seasoning in sauce).
  6. Simmer on med-low while pasta and chicken/vegetables cook.
  7. Drain pasta and return to large pot.
  8. Throw in the chicken and vegetables, followed by the sauce.
  9. Toss and serve!
  10. ** I like to throw on some diced pickled jalapenos in my bowl for some extra heat and flavor.
  11. ** For leftovers, try tossing in a dollop of sour cream and added hot sauce after reheating in the microwave.
  12. Mmm!
  13. ** Can easily be made vegetarian.
  14. Just omit the chicken and add more veggies!
  15. Yum!
