grilled shrimp kabobs
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp
- 2 jalapeno peppers chopped fine
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cherry tomato
- 1 packages kabob skewers
- 2/3 cup cilantro chop fine
- 1 lemon for the juice
- fire up barbecue pit or grill on grilling pan
- marinate, shrimp, Olive Oil ,jalapenos, cilantro, lemon, and salt and pepper,for 2hours
- now put a shrimp a pice of bell pepper, shrimp,cherry tomato, shrimp, red onion, and shrimp, on a kebab skewer, repeat process on each stick.
- if you're cooking with the barbecue pit make sure fire is on one end of pit, the center is your cooking area on pit, and that other and is where your cooling area.
- the shrimp cook too fast and burn if you don't cook in the center.grill for 8 minutes on each side.
- done
- garnish with your likings
