Salmon & Broccoli Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Cook frozen pie shell for 8 mins.
  3. Reduce oven temp to 325.
  4. Combine milk, mayonnaise, cornstarch, and eggs.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Add drained salmon, broccoli, cheese, dill, salt, and pepper.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour mix into pie shell.
  9. Cook at 325 for 45 mins.
  10. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
