Weinerschnitzel

  1. Tenderize chops (or any cut of meat, for that matter) with a meat mallet.
  2. Heat a frying pan or electric skillet on medium high heat.
  3. Measure flour into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Measure bread crumbs into a separate bowl.
  5. Add oil to skillet.
  6. Dredge meat in egg, then flour, then egg, then bread crumbs.
  7. Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve with wedges of lemon.
  9. Serves as many as you need!
