One-Pan Roasted Pork Supper

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine potatoes, onions, dressing and 1/2 tsp.
  3. thyme; spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 10 min.
  5. Meanwhile, combine stuffing mix and water.
  6. Cut each tenderloin diagonally into thirds.
  7. Spoon vegetable mixture to sides of pan.
  8. Spoon stuffing into center of pan.
  9. Top with meat; sprinkle with remaining thyme.
  10. Bake 45 to 50 min.
  11. or until meat is done (160F).
