Pineapple Cheddar Ball

  1. Drain pineapple well, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.
  2. Beat together cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and pineapple juice.
  3. Add pineapple, bacon, onion, soy sauce and salt; mix well.
  4. Chill several hours or until firm.
  5. Shape to form 1 large ball or 2 small balls.*
  6. Chill.
  7. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in cereal, coating well.
  8. Serve with unsalted crackers, apple slices or raw vegetables, as desired.
  9. Makes about 12 servings.
