Pear, Dried Cherry and Chocolate Chunk Crisp

  1. Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Add butter and rub in with fingertips until moist clumps form.
  3. Mix in nuts and chocolate.
  4. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.)
  6. Preheat oven to 375F.
  7. Butter 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.
  8. Combine all ingredients except frozen yogurt in large bowl; mix well.
  9. Transfer filling to dish.
  10. Sprinkle topping over.
  11. Baked until pears are tender and topping is golden and crisps, about 55 minutes.
  12. Cool at least 20 minutes.
  13. Serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream.
