baconsalt Quiche

  1. Mix the eggs and cottage cheese in a bowl with one of the onions and add a heaped teaspoon of baconsalt.
  2. Lightly oil an 8 to10inch flan dish, (no pastry!)
  3. and pour the mixture inches
  4. Top with sliced onion, sliced tomato and chilies or peppers.
  5. Bake at 200C until firm to the touch, (30 to 40 minutes)
  6. Serve on its own for a snack or with a mixed salad for lunch.
