Honey Vanilla Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Grease 6 large muffins cups.
  3. Combine oat bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl.
  4. combine yogurt, honey, eggs, oil and vanilla in small bowl until blended;stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
  5. Fold in raisins.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
  8. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes.
  10. Remove from pan.
  11. Cool on wire rack.
