Loaded Oatmeal Cookies
- 3/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat oleo and brown sugar in large bowl until creamy.
- Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Mix in oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well-blended.
- Stir in chips, raisins and walnuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
- Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Store in airtight container.
