Grasshopper Pie

  1. Mix crust ingredients.
  2. Line pie plate and bake at 450F for 5 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Soften gelatin in cream over hot water.
  5. Cool.
  6. Beat sugar into yolks.
  7. Add liquors, Add gelatin and mix well.
  8. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
  9. Whip cream and fold into thickened gelatin mixture.
  10. Pour into cooled cookie crust and chill until firm.
  11. Crushed mint flavored chocolate may be sprinkled on top.
