Hawaiian Burger
- 24 each 80% lean ground beef patties (6 oz. each)
- 48 slices peppered ham slices (3/4 oz. each)
- 2-1/4 cups A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
- 24 each kaiser rolls, split, toasted
- 1-1/2 each fresh pineapples, each cut into 16 slices, grilled
- 4 each red onions, each cut crosswise into 6 slices, grilled
- For each serving: Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
- on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, grill 2 ham slices 1 min.
- on each side or until heated through.
- Spread 1/2 Tbsp.
- steak sauce onto bottom half of roll; top with burger, 2 ham slices, 1 each pineapple slice and onion slice, and 1 Tbsp.
- of the remaining steak sauce.
- Cover with top of roll.
