Easy Bake Potatoes Recipe
- 2 pound Ore-Ida hash brown frzn potatoes, thawed for 1/2 hour
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. crumbled potato chips
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Put in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Add in pat of butter on top.
- Crumble potato chips on top.
- Cover with tin foil.
- Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Take foil off and bake 15 min more or possibly till done or possibly till brown.
