Spicy Scrambled Eggs

  1. Preheat skillet over med-high heat, and melt butter.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions; cook until mushrooms are nice and brown, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add asparagus; cook until just tender, about 2 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk milk into eggs until lightly beaten.
  5. Add eggs to pan; stir; add adobo sauce; stir.
  6. When eggs are almost set, add cream cheese.
  7. Cook until eggs are cooked and cream cheese is soft.
  8. Salt and pepper, to taste.
