Crowd-Pleasing Tandori Chicken

  1. Pierce the chicken with a fork in several places, to make it easy for the meat to absorb the seasonings.
  2. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the ingredients to make the seasoning.
  4. I use ready-made curry powder.
  5. Since curry powder has this many spices, it's all you need!
  6. Mix the seasoning well; that's the key to making the meat absorb the flavors.
  7. Let the chicken sit in the seasoning for over a day.
  8. Mix up the chicken 2 or 3 times while it is sitting.
  9. Bake in oven at 200C for 23 minutes.
  10. Adjust the baking time to suit your oven.
