Crowd-Pleasing Tandori Chicken
- 2 fillets Chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp Curry powder
- 100 grams Plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 2 tsp Salt
- 30 grams Grated onion
- 1 cm Garlic (store-bought, ready-to-use tube)
- 1 tbsp Cooking sake
- Pierce the chicken with a fork in several places, to make it easy for the meat to absorb the seasonings.
- Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the ingredients to make the seasoning.
- I use ready-made curry powder.
- Since curry powder has this many spices, it's all you need!
- Mix the seasoning well; that's the key to making the meat absorb the flavors.
- Let the chicken sit in the seasoning for over a day.
- Mix up the chicken 2 or 3 times while it is sitting.
- Bake in oven at 200C for 23 minutes.
- Adjust the baking time to suit your oven.
