Mexican Sauce

  1. Combine the flour with the spices in a small bowl.
  2. Add enough of the water until it reaches a thin paste consistency.
  3. Place the mixture into a medium saucepan.
  4. Add the remaining water.
  5. Once mixture starts to thicken you should add the tomato sauce.
  6. Simmer about 20 minutes.
