Chicken Verde Enchiladas Casserole

  1. Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add spices then mix in chicken, cheese, and tortilla cubes.
  3. Place in a lightly greased 13x9 pan.
  4. Cook in a 350-degree oven for aproximately 30 minutes (covered) until nice and bubbly!
  5. Enjoy this dish with a side of Spanish rice and refried beans!
