Chicken Verde Enchiladas Casserole
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Green Enchilada Sauce
- 1 can (4 Oz. Can) Green Chilis, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups Diced Or Shredded Chicken (cooked)
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 10 whole Flour Tortillas (cut Into 1 Inch Cubes)
- Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add spices then mix in chicken, cheese, and tortilla cubes.
- Place in a lightly greased 13x9 pan.
- Cook in a 350-degree oven for aproximately 30 minutes (covered) until nice and bubbly!
- Enjoy this dish with a side of Spanish rice and refried beans!
