Spring Sensation Cake
- 2 box devil's food cake mix
- 2 box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 3/4 c. chocolate milk
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 8 whole eggs
- 2 can vanilla frosting
- a few drop Food coloring
- 12 whole flowers
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease and flour one 13 x 9 pan and line one 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.

- Combine contents of one cake mix, one pudding mix, 1 1/3 cup chocolate milk, cup oil and 4 eggs in large bowl of electric mixer.
- Beat 30 seconds on low speed; scrape down sides and bottom of bowl.
- Increase speed to medium high and beat 2 minutes until well combined
- Spread batter evenly in 13in x 9in pan.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan.
- Invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and divide batter among 12 muffin cups.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Cut the 13 x 9 cake into the shape of a basket and freeze for easier frosting.
- Use 2 to 3 cans of frosting to decorate cupcakes.
- Add a touch of brown food coloring to 1 can of frosting to get the tan basket color.
- Create the look of a basket weave by using an over and under pattern.
- Decorate tops of cupcakes with silk flowers and arrange the cupcakes as a bouquet.
