Dr. Fishbone Charleston Fish Wrap
- 1 tortilla, spinach
- 10 ounces flounder, grilled (or fried)
- 2 ounces salsa
- 2 ounces lettuce, shredded
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 2 ounces cheese
- 2 ounces tomatoes, chopped
- cilantro, to taste
- Fry or grill your flounder.
- Place it in wrap, then pile on the fixings.
- Grab some sweet potatoes fries or homemade onion rigs for a tasty side dish.
