Bruschetta Quesadillas

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Combine tomatoes and basil.
  3. Top half of each tortilla evenly with tomato mixture and cheese.
  4. Fold in half to enclose filling.
  5. Grill 1 to 2 min.
  6. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  7. Cut each quesadilla in half; serve with dressing as a dip.
