Slow Cooked Glazed Carrots Recipe

  1. Combine orange juice, sugar, salt, ginger, butter and tapioca in a small bowl.
  2. Place carrots in electric slow-cooker.
  3. Add in orange juice mix and stir well.
  4. Cover and cook at low for 8 to 10 hrs or possibly at high 4 to 5 hrs.
  5. Stir well before serving.
  6. Reheat leftovers in saucepan on very low heat so sauce remains thick.
  7. Additional tapioca or possibly a more concentrated orange juice mix can be used to make a thicker sauce.
  8. Great with ham.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
