  2. Shake flour in Reynolds oven cooking bag.
  3. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
  4. Add in gravy mix, garlic pwdr and water.
  5. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients.
  6. Place carrots and celery in bag in even layers.
  7. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings; place on top of vegetables.
  8. Arrange biscuits around chicken - close bag with nylon tie.
  9. Cut 6 half inch slits in top.
  10. Bake till chicken is tender, 50 to 55 min.
