- 3 lbs cut sirloin beef tips
- 2 lbs family size container Simply Potatoes Traditional Mashed Potatoes
- 13 cup flour
- 4 cups water
- 13 cup browning sauce
- Heat a large skillet with high sides on medium heat and add the beef tips inches Cook them until they are brown all over.
- Turn off the heat on the tips and drain any liquids in the pan.
- Add the Browning Seasoning Sauce to your tips while raising the heat to medium.
- When the Tips start to sizzle a bit add in the water and wait until it starts to boil.
- Immediately as it begins to boil turn the heat down to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add flour to tips and continue to simmer on low for another 10 minutes.
- Begin cooking your Simply Potatoes: Traditional Mashed Potatoes as directed on packaging.
- Turn heat off tips and allow to cool/thicken (Cook longer if you prefer more tender tips).
- Serve hot over fresh Simply Potatoes: Traditional Mashed Potatoes.
