Jaeson'S Chili

  1. Brown meat well; drain on paper towels.
  2. Saute onions and garlic until soft.
  3. Place all ingredients (except beans and corn meal) in a large pot.
  4. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
  5. Add beans and cook another hour.
  6. Degrease chili.
  7. Stir in corn meal and return to heat.
  8. Bring to a boil; stir constantly.
