Chicken Breast, Marinated & Grilled
- 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 1 medium baked potato Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 medium tomato, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cucumber, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
- 5 large fresh strawberries, sliced Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 16 fl oz bottle , favorite flavor
- Heat grill.
- Coat chicken with Italian dressing.
- Grill about 5 min.
- on each side, or until cooked through.
- Pierce potato several times with a fork; wrap in foil and grill until fork tender, about 30 min.
- When done, split and top with sour cream and chives.
- Heat corn as directed on package; top with margarine.
- Toss lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers to make salad; drizzle Catalina dressing over the top.
- Enjoy strawberries for dessert.
- Serve meal with CRYSTAL LIGHT.
