Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Pour steak sauce over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of steak.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Grill steak 25 to 30 min.
  9. or until steak is medium doneness, turning after 15 min.
  10. Diagonally cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  11. Serve with parsley mixture.
