Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 beef flank steak (2 lb.) Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups fresh parsley sprigs, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- Pour steak sauce over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of steak.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate.
- Mix remaining ingredients until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Heat greased grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak 25 to 30 min.
- or until steak is medium doneness, turning after 15 min.
- Diagonally cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Serve with parsley mixture.
