Pepperoni Calzone

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0. Lightly grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll 1 can of dough and place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to edge of pan. Spread a single layer of pepperoni over dough and then sprinkle shredded cheese over pepperoni. Unroll remaining can of dough and press out dough on work surface to form 12-inch round. Fold dough in half and place over cheese. Unfold. Press outside edges to seal. Cut several slits in top crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Cut pizza calzone into wedges and serve with a side of warm pizza sauce for dipping.
