Quick Chicken Jambalaya

  1. Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add pepper, celery and onions.
  2. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until crisply tender.
  3. Add rice, chicken broth and flour; stir.
  4. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil.
  5. Cover; continue cooking 2 minutes.
