Salmon And Cheese In BBQ Sauce

• 1 grill salmon head or salmon fillet
• 1 bunch mozallera cheese
• 1 bunch bbq sauce

1. baked or grill or broil the salmon fillet or salmon head set aside
2. top mozarella cheese or any cheese of your preferences then the cover with aluminum foil till cheese melted
3. top bbq sauce and broil till bubbly and serve
