HotDog Lettuce Wraps

• 8 hotdogs, your favorite brand
• 8 large lettece cups from a sturdy lettece, such as Romaine, Iceburg or Co's Lettece
• 8 oz mixed shredded cheese, I used sharp cheddar, pepper jack and Italian four cheese blend
• 1 small onion, thinly sliced
• 8 strips of bacon, cooked crisp
• 1 large tomato, chopped
• 1 recipe of my Creamy Mustard Sauce, recipe is added in attachment in direction step #6

1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Line a baking sheet with foil
3. Cut Hotdogs down center to form a pocket, don't cut all the way through
4. Divide cheese evenly between each hotdog, filling the pockets with the cheese
5. Add sliced onions on top of cheese on each hotdog
6. Heat hotdogs in preheated oven on prepared pan until hot dogs are hot and cheese has melted about 10 minutes
7. Spread some creamy mustard sauce in each lettece cup.
8. Recipe for my Creamy Mustard Sauce attached below
9. Add hot hotdogs to lettece cups.
10. Top with chopped tomato and crumbled bacon.
11. Serve with pickled hot peppers, chopped pickles and extra mustard sauce
