A.1. Beef Stroganoff

  1. Cook and stir onion in 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  2. of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Add mushrooms; cook and stir just until tender.
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Heat remaining 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  6. oil in same skillet.
  7. Add meat, in batches, to skillet; cook and stir until meat is cooked through.
  8. Return all meat to skillet.
  9. Stir in onion mixture and steak sauce; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Stir in sour cream.
  12. Serve over noodles.
  13. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
