Pork With Beans & Bacon Recipe

  1. Coat pork cubes with flour and heat oil in frying pan.
  2. Add in onion and bacon and fry for 5 min.
  3. Add in pork and fry for 5 to 8 min or possibly till proportionately browned.
  4. Add in beans and cayenne pepper.
  5. Gradually add in the stock and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Transfer to a casserole dish and cover tightly.
  7. Put into a preheated oven to gas mark 4 180 degrees C., 350 degrees F. and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till pork is cooked thoroughly.
