Pizza Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, saute shallots and red pepper flakes in olive oil for a few minutes, until shallots begin to turn translucent.
  2. Add the wine and cook for a minute.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients (tomato sauce through oregano) and let simmer for 10 minutes.
