Hamburger And Corn Casserole
- 5 oz. medium noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn (8 3/4 oz.), drained
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- Cook noodles in a large amount of boiling, salted water for 10 to 12 minutes or just until tender; drain. Brown meat and onion until tender. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, corn, sour cream, milk, pimiento, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in cooked noodles. Place in a casserole dish. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter. Top and bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for about 50 minutes or until heated through.
