Coconut-Covered Lemon Bombs

  1. Mince dates.
  2. Using your hands, mash all the ingredients together until well combined, or use a food processor until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Separate into 10 balls and place in fridge or freezer until chilled.
  4. Once chilled (enough so that theyre not super sticky), take date balls and roll them in the shredded coconut.
  5. Store in fridge.
