Death by Chocolate

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix together water, cocoa & baking soda.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cream together butter & sugar.
  5. Beat in eggs Add flour, milk, & cocoa mixture.
  6. Add vanilla & mix well.
  7. Bake in greased & floured 9x13 cake pan 30 minute
  8. With fork, puncture top of baked cake and drizzle with kahlua.
  9. Cover with saran wrap & rest overnight.
  10. Prepare mousse according to package directions.
  11. Crumble cake into large pieces.
  12. Finely chop Skor bars.
  13. Whip cream.
  14. In a large glass trifle dish, layer cake, mousse, whipped cream, and Skor bars (in that order).
  15. Repeat.
  16. Refrigerate (best served a day or two after making).
